The four day event is an annual, global conference that showcases the many new open source technologies available for presenting visual information on the web.
For the event, we brought together speakers from Mozilla, Google, Amazon and Financial Times (amongst many others) for a combination of talks, panel sessions and workshops.
WHAT HAPPENED
I kicked off the conference with an overview and then introduced each speaker, summarising and fielding questions at the end of each session.
I set the tone of the day, presenting in bursts throughout, reacting and creating content based on the talks I’d seen.
